Subscription Terms
Last updated: June 2026
Pricing, store billing, RevenueCat entitlement management, refunds, cancellation, and the EU right of withdrawal.
1. Scope
These Subscription Terms apply when you buy a paid Finatha subscription. They supplement the Terms of Service. Where they conflict with the Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms control for matters of billing.
2. Launch billing path
For V1 launch, paid Finatha subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store billing or Google Play billing. RevenueCat manages subscription status and entitlement state across platforms, but it is not the payment processor.
- Apple or Google processes the payment when you subscribe through its store.
- The applicable store terms, cancellation rules, refund process, and tax treatment apply to the payment portion of the transaction.
- Finatha receives subscription and entitlement metadata needed to provide paid access, such as product identifier, entitlement state, renewal status, and period end.
- One paid Finatha account unlocks the same Pro access on web, iOS, and Android when you sign in with the same account.
- Direct web checkout is not available for V1 launch. A Qatar/GCC-suitable web gateway is deferred until it is commercially justified.
We do not see or store full card details.
3. Pricing and currency
Canonical Qatar launch pricing is QAR 19.99 monthly, QAR 149.99 yearly, and QAR 99.99 yearly for eligible Founding Member claims. Storefront prices, taxes, exchange rates, and renewal disclosures may vary by Apple or Google account region and will be shown by the store before purchase confirmation.
Your renewal price is the price stated at your most recent purchase or renewal, except where we have given you 30 days' notice of a price change as set out below.
4. Billing cycle and auto-renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal.
You may cancel any time from your account settings or by writing to support@finatha.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access to paid features until that date, after which the account reverts to the free tier.
5. Free trials
The canonical trial is a 34-day full Pro trial. If a store purchase flow includes a free trial, the store confirmation screen will show whether it renews into a paid subscription and how to cancel before renewal. We will show in-app and email reminders before the trial ends where configured. We may limit free trials to one per user.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
14-day money-back guarantee. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge by emailing support@finatha.app. Outside this window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
EU and UK consumers, statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for a digital service within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise it, write to support@finatha.app within 14 days of subscribing. By starting a paid subscription you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once we have begun performing the service in full during the withdrawal period. If we have not begun full performance, we will refund the amount paid.
No partial refunds. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a paid period.
Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend the account pending review. Please reach out to support@finatha.app first; we usually resolve issues quickly.
7. Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies at your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before renewal.
8. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the relevant app store may retry the charge or ask you to update the payment method. RevenueCat may notify Finatha that the entitlement has a billing issue, and paid features may be paused until the store reports active access again. Your data remains intact during this period.
9. Downgrades and changes
You may downgrade or change your plan at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Where a downgrade reduces feature access, you will keep paid feature access until then.
10. Early-access and lifetime offers
From time to time we offer early-access pricing or limited lifetime plans. Their specific terms are published at the point of sale and form part of your contract for that purchase. Lifetime offers are tied to the personal account they were purchased on and are non-transferable. We may end an early-access programme on at least 30 days' notice; if we do, your purchase remains valid on its original terms.
